  1. Bring the water and butter to boil in a pan. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Leave to cool.
  2. Whisk the cream and sugar in a bowl until soft peaks form. Separate into two bowls and add flavours.
  3. Once the pastry has cooled, add one egg at a time and beat until a smooth soft dough is formed.
  4. Fill a piping bag with dough and pipe golf ball shapes onto greaseproof paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Once removed and cooled, cut a cross in the bottom of the balls and pipe in cream.
  7. Melt chocolate and butter together and pour over the puff balls. Eat hot or cold.
